
I make a breakfast shake at least 5 days a week. It’s almost always the same, and almost every single day I take my first sip and say “mmmmm!” (as if I’ve never tasted it before). Knowing I’m close to burn-out on this recipe, I decided to start adding one new ingredient to change it up. Yesterday, I added Odwalla Superfood. Today, I added spinach. Thought you’d enjoy… here is my very simple but very delicious recipe:
* 3/4 cup water
* 3/4 cup Trader Joe’s Frozen Berry Mix
* 1 scoop Whey Protein
* 100 Calorie Greek Yogurt
***newest addition – 1 cup of raw spinach***
I’ve heard about adding oatmeal or steel cut oats to a morning smoothie. Have you tried that?
